SaddleBrooke Retirement Community is a place I recommend to my clients who want to retire and live an active lifestyle. There is so much to do in SaddleBrooke, such as golf, tennis, bocce ball, swimming, dance classes, knitting groups, baseball field, theater, and a vast variety of interest groups who meet regularly. I’ve found from living there that the people are very friendly and helpful to each other. SaddleBrooke is so beautiful with its majestic mountain views, and it cooler because it’s about 3,400 feet above sea level. SaddleBrooke is about 13 degrees cooler than Phoenix. In SaddleBrooke you may live there in some cases if you are 40 years old or older, it just depends on the current circumstances.
What I like about SaddleBrooke is the variety of homes for sale or rent. You can buy a stylish townhome for around $200,000 or even a single story home for as little as $240,000. SaddleBrooke homes are well maintained by their owners, the streets are always immaculate kept and maintained by a private company. The three clubhouses have been remodeled and are inviting. It’s fun to attend the happy hours, breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends.
In SaddleBrooke, you can still buy a new home, or you can buy a contemporary style home or a southwestern style home, whatever you like. SaddleBrooke is away from the hustle and bustle of Tucson, but still just 25 minutes from downtown where you can enjoy the arts and cultural events.
If I were looking for a beautiful place to retire and yet feel like I was in a resort, I would definitely choose SaddleBrooke. We also have Sun City Vistoso and Heritage Highlands too. You may prefer one these beautiful retirement community resorts instead.
